New Programs and Projects in 2026

We are so excited to bring two excellent programs to the families of Guelph this year. Plus, we have an exciting project we have been working on.

Thank you to The Balnar Family Foundation, The Guelph Community Foundation and the Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium for making it possible. Also, a new grant announcement is coming that is helping us support these programs.

Story Circle

The CRR and Carol Tyler have partnered again to deliver the Story Circle program, an Indigenous healing, wellness, and storytelling initiative. We are excited to continue our culturally relevant reading program, which empowers Indigenous children to develop a love of literacy and celebrate their heritage. The Story Circle program will feature monthly reading circles led by Indigenous elders and community members, allowing children to explore Indigenous literature and engage in storytelling. CRR is excited to offer the program space and help co-facilitate the sessions! We'll also take care of distributing books and materials, and we can't wait to promote this initiative within our community.
