New Programs in 2026

We are so excited to roll out three excellent programs this year in addition to our regular program offering!

Thank you to The Balnar Family Foundation, The Guelph Community Foundation and the Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium and Alectra for making it possible.

Story Circle

The CRR and Carol Tyler have partnered again to deliver Story Circle, an Indigenous reading and storytelling program. We are excited to continue this culturally relevant reading program, which empowers Indigenous children to develop a love of reading and celebrate their heritage. Story Circle will feature monthly reading circles led by an Indigenous elder and community member, allowing children to explore Indigenous literature and engage in storytelling. CRR is excited to offer the program space and help co-facilitate the sessions! We have a huge selection of books representing Indegenous peoples, by Indigenous authors and artists. This program is open to everyone and is a wonderful way to learn about other cultures and contribute to reconciliation. We hope you can join us!

February to November, every last Friday of the month from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

December TBD

Baby Bookclub

Join us for some fun with other parents and caregivers! Bring your little one for engaging songs, delightful stories, and plenty of toys and books. We'll also have friendly chats about important parenting topics, such as attachment, sleep, and nutrition. This gathering is perfect for babies and toddlers aged 0-18 months. We can't wait to see you there!
