Flashlight Readers at Shelldale

The Flashlight Readers program began in June, but attendance has been low despite our best efforts to promote it. Since it's currently summer vacation, we're unable to get schools to send home flyers about the program, and social media and emails have limited reach. To address this, we have taken the program directly to families by visiting camps and collaborating with other programs to increase participation and expand our outreach. The program takes place every Friday at the Book Den from 3:30 to 5:00 PM and will run until the end of June 2026. Hope to see you there!

Kids attending the Flashlight Readers program will receive a copy of Math Hacks 2 by Vannessa Vakharia, along with a book of their choice. While supplies last.
